"Feel the ultimate power... of the Pocketman Experience in THIRD D!"
- Description from the back of the CD case

Pocketman Third D is a roleplaying "monster tamer" game from 1998. Originally released on the ill fated Powerbox 620, a fifth-generational console that only was sold for seven hours before being pulled from shelves for dangerous levels of radiation, it has been painstakingly ported to Unity by Bynine Studio so it can be experienced by a wide audience. Please enjoy!

Found a neat soft softlock in the endgame.

SPOILERS:

If you exit and re-enter the white staircase, you can find all 3 GODs. They can be captured. If you then fight the boss GOD, the game will freak out. Player's bullets will shoot from the enemy towards nothing.

So fantastic! I know this is very tongue-in-cheek, but it was legitimately a fun monster collector! :) Great creature design, especially Leafwerm!

thanks so much! leafwerm was one of the guest designs, by the fantastic artist mossworm.

So I've played through this game, I'd guess around 5 or so times now, and it's a great follow-up on the original. I love the nods and call-backs to Teal, as well as the collection of secrets you've left for players to find.

I've already begun in my routing for this game's speed-run, like I did in Teal, and while my current best time isn't great, there's a lot of room to improve and I'm looking forward to seeing how fast I can really play this game.

Once again a very great game, good stuff Bynine!

i'm delighted to hear it!! i just uploaded a revised version that tweaks a few minor things (nothing that should affect speed-runs, and all of the glitches of the original are still intact lol). so i recommend using that one. cheers!

Awesome! I'll update now!
